Southern Kings Still Looking For Their First Irish Scalp

Although the Isuzu Southern Kings made history in their stunning win against the Ospreys a month ago, winning their first-ever match outside South Africa they could not tick off another first tonight. Connacht's win with 24-12 left the Southern Kings still looking for their first win against an Irish side in the Pro 14.

Australian winger John Porch scored a trie in each half to secure a bonus-point win at home. This helped the home team to move up into the second place in Conference B while the Kings remains at the bottom of the log.

Half time saw the Kings "only" trial 19-12 but they could not convert several chances in the second half to score and remained pointless losing 24-12.
